What does DISC stand for and what do the letters mean?
There are 4 distinct personality traits that the DISC identifies. Most people are a combination of 2 of types and the assessment will determine this. The 4 types below are a brief, general description of each type:
1. Dominance- The person places emphasis on accomplishment, results, the “bottom line” and has confidence.
2. Influence - The person places emphasis on influencing or persuading others, values openness and relationships.
3. Steadiness - The person places emphasis on cooperation, sincerity and dependability.
4. Conscientiousness - The person places emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise and competency.

Get off to a great start with a little prep work on your part. This will help me get a quicker grasp on what is going on. Yes, this is a health office, so there are forms on a clipboard to fill out - so please arrive a few minutes early. We don't accept health insurance, so please bring a check or credit card to pay for your service.
How are your fees structured?
Well that depends on the level of coaching. When we meet for the first time, we'll discuss a coaching plan and fee structure based on where you are today and where you want to go.
How long do I have to do coaching?
That will depend on a number of variables, but mostly about how open you are to coaching and implementing what you've learned in a healthy & effective way. Some people get coaching through a crisis or season, others for a year and yet others (like my website lady writing this) stays in coaching life-long.
